She is well known for her work in performance management and motivation, and her articles appear regularly in business journals in the United States and abroad. Ms. Rosenberg is a member of Federally Employed Women, the American Society for Training and Development, and the National Speakers Association, which awarded her the “CSP” (Certified Speaking Professional) designation in 1985. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and is listed in the World Who’s Who of Women.
