Wayne G. Bremser, CPA, PhD, is Professor of Accountancy at Villanova University. His articles have appeared in numerous accounting and business journals, and he has led seminars and made presentations at many professional meetings. Professor Bremser does financial and educational consulting, including the design of control systems.
