Andrew E. Schwartz is president of A.E. Schwartz & Associates of Watertown, Massachusetts, a comprehensive management training and professional development organization offering more than 40 skills-based pro grams that propose practical solutions to organizational problems. The organization conducts programs for clients in industry, research, technology, and government worldwide.
Mr. Schwartz's professional experience includes the following positions: Founder of the Training Consortium (national network and referral service matching trainers with organizations); in-house training director for the Small Business Association of New England; on-site director for the Employers Association; former manager of training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Information Services); director of education and training for The Camp Fire, Inc.; and senior trainer/training coordinator for The Management Training Program. He also has taught at more than a dozen colleges and universities throughout the United States. Mr. Schwartz has written numerous articles and books on training, management, and personal growth, including Delegating Authority (Barron's Educational Services, 1992) and Success Essentials for Secretaries and Administrative Assistants (American Management Association, 1994). Mr. Schwartz holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, philosophy, and religion, and a master's degree in counseling psychology.
Maya Ollson is president of Maya Ollson & Associates, which provides training in organizational development and transformation, management, and health, and psychological and career counseling services.
